We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Mercer Roof Terrace Restaurant located on the 7th floor of Vintry & Mercer Hotel. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine

Experience as a Bartender is valued, but certainly not essential, as we pride ourselves on superior training standards. Within our operations team you'll find people started who with no bar experience, but through the power of personality - and the right guidance from us - have risen up the ranks.
