Be you. At work. We're looking for a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a part time role working 20+ hours across 3-4 days. The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)! IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Responsibilities: • Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales., • Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests., • Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree, • Endlessly curious – and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations, • At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, • Confident to work independently or with others, • Free nights at your choice of our hotels, • Opportunities for career advancement, • Training and development programs, • Staff discounts on dining and accommodation
