  We're seeking an experienced Fish & Chips Chef to join our kitchen team at Jolly Fryer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for British cuisine and maintain our high standards of food preparation and service. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook fish, chips, and other menu items to order - Maintain consistent batter quality and cooking temperatures - Handle fish preparation, including filleting when required - Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times - Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory - Keep the kitchen clean and organised - Work effectively as part of a fast-paced kitchen team Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year experience in fish and chip preparation - Knowledge of food hygiene regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Excellent time management skills Benefits: - Staff meals - Friendly work environment Schedule: Full-time position Must be available for evening and weekend shifts Number of Positions: 2 Location Type: In-person work only
