We’re looking for an experienced Fish & Chips Chef to join our kitchen team at Jolly Fryer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for British cuisine and be committed to maintaining our high standards of food preparation and service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook fish, chips, and other menu items to order, • Maintain consistent batter quality and cooking temperatures, • Handle fish preparation, including filleting when required, • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times, • Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory, • Keep the kitchen clean and organised, • Work effectively as part of a fast-paced kitchen team Required Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year experience in fish and chip preparation, • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and consistency, • Excellent time management skills Benefits: • Staff meals, • Friendly work environment Number of Positions: 1 Location Type: In-person work only
