About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Preparation Assistant to support our production kitchen and beverage team. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our luxury wellness café offering. You will be responsible for preparing core ingredients, producing small-batch items, and ensuring all products meet our standards for freshness, presentation, and hygiene. This position suits someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys structured preparation work, and thrives in a fast-paced but quality-focused environment.
