Football Coach Required – St Albans Area We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable football coaches to join our growing programme in St Albans. Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality football coaching sessions for players aged 3–16, supporting their development in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver structured coaching sessions throughout the week, • Coach players aged 3–16 across different ability levels, • Plan and organise training sessions, • Manage teams on match days (Saturdays & Sundays), • Support player development and progression, • Communicate effectively with parents and staff Requirements: • FA Coaching Qualification (Level 1 minimum – Level 2 preferred), • Experience coaching children and youth players, • Passion for football and player development, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain), • First Aid & Safeguarding (preferred) What We Offer: • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Regular weekly hours, • Opportunities for progression within the club, • Supportive coaching environment Hours: • Weekday evening sessions, • Weekend matches (Saturdays & Sundays) Location: St Albans and surrounding areas Join us and help develop the next generation of footballers ⚽
