Football Coach Required – St Albans Area
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable football coaches to join our growing programme in St Albans.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality football coaching sessions for players aged 3–16, supporting their development in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured coaching sessions throughout the week
- Coach players aged 3–16 across different ability levels
- Plan and organise training sessions
- Manage teams on match days (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Support player development and progression
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Requirements:
- FA Coaching Qualification (Level 1 minimum – Level 2 preferred)
- Experience coaching children and youth players
- Passion for football and player development
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & Safeguarding (preferred)
