ABOUT THE ROLE We’re on the lookout for a Late Night Cocktail Waiter / Bartender to join the vibrant team at The Botanist, Broadgate Circle – a stylish day-to-night bar and restaurant just steps from Liverpool Street. Your shifts will primarily be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, finishing around 1 AM, when The Botanist transforms into one of the area’s most exciting party destinations. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, serving cocktails and drinks to a dynamic crowd, while ensuring every guest feels like a VIP. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Experience in a busy, high-quality hospitality environment (bar or restaurant) Strong cocktail knowledge (or the eagerness to learn fast!) Event catering company The Finest Hour is seeking premium bar staff to work across corporate events in London this summer on an ad-hoc basis. Events will be mainly based in offices working mobile bar, with some cocktail knowledge preferred. Shifts are usually weekday afternoon/evenings. Smart appearance is essential. Some uniform usually provided but must have smart black shirt and shoes. A high standard of spoken English is required.

As a Bartender at Skewd Kitchen, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional house cocktails, beverages and coffe while providing friendly, attentive service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. - Ensure that the bar and coffee stations are clean, stocked, and organised at all times. - Maintain knowledge of Skewd Kitchen s menu offerings and be able to recommend drinks or provide information on ingredients and preparation. - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips accurately, following company procedures. - Follow health and safety guidelines, including sanitising equipment and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. - Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down the bar and coffee station. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient workflow. - Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers and providing personalised service. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar customer service role is preferred. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude. - Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation. - Must be at least 18 years old (for alcohol service). - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
