Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Commercial Real Estate portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence across office, retail, and industrial assets. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within commercial real estate., • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, landlords, developers, and brokers., • Lead end-to-end deal execution including pitching, negotiations, and contract closures., • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities., • Collaborate with leasing, sales, marketing, and asset management teams to deliver client solutions., • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and financial models for prospective clients., • Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets aligned with business objectives., • Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings., • Maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts for senior leadership. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Development, or Sales., • Strong understanding of office, retail, and industrial real estate markets., • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets., • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities., • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
