Must have basic knowledge of hygiene and decent home cooking skills but all training will be provided on the job. You will be expected to take orders from customers, have a chatty & happy demeanour, prepare wraps, prepare salads and sides for service and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Must be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
