NAIL TECHNICIANS WANTED – NEW LUXURY SALON OPENING IN WEST HAMPSTEAD ✨ We’re opening a brand new, modern nail studio in West Hampstead (London Borough of Camden) in just 8weeks, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and talented nail technicians to join us from the very beginning. This is a great opportunity to grow with a new salon, build your clientele, and be part of something from the ground up. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for nail techs at all levels, including newly qualified and experienced technicians, who: • Have knowledge of working within a nail salon environment, • Can produce clean, high-quality, long-lasting sets, • Can provide a portfolio or clear photos of their work, • Maintain excellent hygiene and understand the importance of cleanliness in a salon setting, • Are friendly, professional, reliable, and motivated, • Are confident in bringing their own clients and building their column PAY STRUCTURE: We offer a competitive commission-based structure with room to grow: • Newly Qualified Nail Techs: 30% – 35% (based on experience and performance), • Experienced Nail Techs: 45% – 50% (based on experience, skill level, and bookings) There is strong potential to increase your earnings as your skills develop and your client base grows.
