Providing in-depth bespoke consultations for every client's needs from colour and cutting services, to various hair treatments including all colouring techniques. Work full time, flexible hours, on an average of 5 working days between Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in delivering a wide range of facial treatments, including advanced facials, skin peels, and bespoke skincare solutions tailored to individual client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydrating, micro needling , and corrective therapies. - Deliver advanced skincare services such as chemical peels, enzyme peels, and advanced facial protocols. - Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized skincare plans for clients. - Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. - Keep up to date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends. - Educate clients on skincare maintenance and recommend appropriate products and services. - Support the team in creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for all guests. PLEASE NOTE This job is for an experienced technician (minimum 2+ years) who has worked extensively in a fast paced salon environment and is self employed. We primarily focus in nail extension and lash extension, so prior experience is a must as we are looking forward a technician go start working quickly without any additional training. Preference will be given to technicians who have already built a good reputation and have their own client list. Duties - Perform a variety of beauty treatments without assistance including lash extensions, lift lashes, manicures, gel extensions, pedicures, and waxing - Maintain a clean and organised work area - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Requirements - Minimum 2+ years work experience in a nail salon environment working primarily with nail extensions - Minimum 2+ years as a lash technician - Previous experience in customer service is desirable - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients in a professional experience
