An uncapped & very competitive commission rate for both services & retail. Ongoing education and a calm working environment with good music! We are looking someone who is available for 3-4 days a week Responsibilities: A minimum of 5 years experience on the shop floor A strong core and understanding of colouring (especially balayage + highlights), cutting & styling. Have knowledge of a Aveda colour (preferable, not required) A positive attitude & passion for learning Can work closely and positively with team Aveda background/knowledge (preferable but not essential)
