Main Duties of the Role Deliver high-quality, safe support to the teenager with complex epilepsy and associated conditions. Provide 1:1 support ay home and in the community. Both day shifts and waking night shifts. Monitor and record seizure activity, administer emergency medication in line with training, and respond calmly to incidents. Support the teenager to achieve set goals, follow behavioural program. Communicate effectively with family, colleagues, Aba Consultant and health professionals to ensure consistent, person-centred care.
