Monitor and analyse player performance during training and matches to guide their improvement. Create a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters confidence, collaboration, and enjoyment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all players by adhering to health, safety, and safeguarding standards. Qualifications DBS eligibility and experience working with children is an advantage. Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and rules. Excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage young players. Ability to maintain a fun, energetic, and supportive learning environment. Coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential — as we can support you in gaining FA coaching, safeguarding, and First Aid certifications.
