Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming., • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment where necessary., • Helping with meal preparation and feeding., • Providing medication reminders., • Performing light household duties to ensure a comfortable living environment., • Offering companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and conversation., • Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in a client's condition., • Adhering to individual care plans and promoting a person-centered approach. About You: • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives., • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team., • Previous experience in a care role is beneficial but not always essential, as full training may be provided., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
