Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
Helping with meal preparation and feeding.
Providing medication reminders.
Performing light household duties to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Offering companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and conversation.
Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
Adhering to individual care plans and promoting a person-centered approach.
