Role Description We have positions available based in Pontefract, Yorkshire. Full-time, on-site Lead Dentist role. The Lead Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including preventive, diagnostic, and restorative treatments for patients of all ages. Duties include performing oral examinations, developing treatment plans, conducting dental procedures, and ensuring patient education on oral hygiene practices. The role also involves collaborating with dental staff to deliver high-quality patient care and maintaining up-to-date patient records. Qualifications Proficiency in performing dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish trust with patients Dedication to patient education and preventive dental care Proficient in keeping accurate and detailed patient records Valid license to practice dentistry in the UK and compliance with regulatory guidelines Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Prior experience in a clinical setting or private practice is advantageous
