Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to service users Support individuals with daily living activities and community engagement Maintain accurate records and documentation Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider team For admin roles: manage documentation, communication, and general office tasks efficiently Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health and social care setting NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care Experience working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, or Complex Needs Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach Desirable (Advantageous) Training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle Ability to work flexibly, including shifts if required Location Requirement Applicants must be based in Stoke-on-Trent or willing to relocate.
