The scheme involves a full transformation of an existing building, taking it through shell & core upgrade and into high-spec commercial space, requiring complex phasing, coordination, and high-end delivery standards. This is a key role within the project team, offering full ownership of the mechanical package on a technically challenging, logistically complex central London scheme. The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the mechanical services package from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with senior project leadership, managing subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on site.
