We are now recruiting a Head Pizza Chef at our East Croydon, Pizza and Tap Bar concept, Trickle. Trickle focuses on freshly made, premium Neapolitan style pizzas, Wings and Sides. The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a pizza focused concept and be comfortable leading and training an effective kitchen team. Seine Rigger is looking for a candidate that is familiar in the kitchen. - Key responsibilities of a prep chef Ingredient preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, grating, and otherwise prepping all necessary ingredients like vegetables, fruits, herbs, meats, and seafood. Portioning ingredients: Accurately measuring and portioning ingredients to maintain consistency in dishes. Food safety compliance: Adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices, including rotating stock and checking expiration dates. Inventory management: Monitoring ingredient levels and informing the head chef when supplies need restocking. Basic cooking tasks: Performing simple cooking tasks like sauteing onions, boiling potatoes, or making basic sauces as needed. Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the prep station and kitchen equipment clean and organized. Following recipes and instructions: Carefully adhering to the head chef's recipes and instructions for preparation.

Preparing pizza dough from scratch Rolling out and stretching pizza dough into the correct shape Adding the correct amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings to each pizza Monitoring the oven temperature and ensuring that pizzas are cooked for the right amount of time Keeping track of inventory levels for ingredients needed for pizza making Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area We are looking for someone who has experience in working as a chef with knowledge of pizza preparation techniques.

We are looking for a temporary delivery driver for March. This role involves operating our van and delivering orders to our customers and our shops. Key Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently operate the assigned van. - Deliver orders and parcels to customers and company shops. - Adhere to established delivery schedules. - Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition, reporting any issues promptly. - Follow designated routes and optimise journeys for maximum efficiency. - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily support with client or PPM 10-15 sites per day, ensuring efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards. This role requires IPAF accreditation plus clean driving license and knowledge of MEWPS Duties Operate the MEWP safely cleaning cameras, cutting away branches and leaves so the footage is clear, before and after photos taken and downloaded onto a tablet after each site Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards. Document operational activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly. Assist in training new operators on equipment usage and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience as a MEWP operator or in a similar role is preferred. Past experience in installation of cameras and associated equipment is necessary. Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. A valid commercial driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
