Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Childminder or similar role. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Also Childminder must communicate professionally with the parents, including actively listening, responding, and engaging with the children. Chaston Nursery is a private daycare nursery setting for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are located just between Kentish Town and Chalk Farm and are fortunate to have a variety of transport options, including being right on the 46/24 bus route as well as a variety of tube and train options close by. We are open for a 10 hr day and require practitioners to complete an 8 hour shift daily from Monday to Friday.
