ADSL Care

To provide safe, respectful and person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them to remain independent and maintain their wellbeing. Main Duties • Support with personal care, dressing and continence needs., • Assist with medication in line with care plans and training., • Prepare meals and encourage good nutrition and hydration., • Provide companionship and emotional support., • Support with mobility and safe moving and handling., • Complete light household tasks., • Follow care plans and risk assessments., • Record care accurately after each visit., • Report any concerns, changes or safeguarding issues immediately., • Maintain dignity, confidentiality and professional boundaries., • Attend training, supervision and competency assessments. Requirements • Caring, reliable and respectful., • Good communication skills., • Able to work independently., • Willing to complete required training., • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential., • Driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. Employment is subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks and an enhanced DBS check.
