Front of House & Till Operator – Mayyil (Lebanese Street Food) As a key member of the Mayyil team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring customers receive a warm, friendly welcome and an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. • Operate the till efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately. • Take customer orders clearly and confidently, offering recommendations where appropriate. • Ensure all orders are input correctly into the system to maintain kitchen flow and service speed. • Manage collection and delivery orders via third-party platforms, checking accuracy before handoff. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter and customer seating area. • Respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and courteously. • Support back-of-house and other team members during busy periods where required. Skills & Requirements: • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food service preferred but not essential. • Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. l
