Contribute to a friendly and collaborative team atmosphere. Ensure all orders are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner. Adhere to company policies, including food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required (full training will be provided). A passion for coffee and a keen interest in learning more about coffee-making techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
