Duties • Greet customers and take their orders, • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, • Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails, • Check identification to ensure legal drinking age, • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment, • Restock bar supplies as needed, • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints Skills • Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service, • Proficient in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes, • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently, • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly, • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills, • Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
