Compile and evaluate sales, booking, and occupancy data, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional events across accommodation, dining, and beauty services. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local businesses, media, and community partners to enhance visibility and collaborations. Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure effective delivery of strategies and achievement of KPIs.
