We are looking for someone passionate about coffee and customer service to create exceptional experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks., • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including equipment, utensils, service, and seating areas., • Engage with customers, describe menu items, and offer product suggestions., • Take orders accurately and process customer payments efficiently., • Manage stock by assisting with ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Barista with good latte art skills., • Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and V60 pour-over methods., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • A friendly, positive, and approachable personality., • High level of attention to detail and good literacy and numeracy skills., • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development., • Adaptable to change, willing to embrace new ideas and processes., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compensation: • £12 - £14 per hour
