Responsibilities & Duties: - Requisitions or purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality; - plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooks’ foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes; - Supervises, organises and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen; - Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen; - Plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing, and cleaning of equipment and utensils.

You’ll be supporting the head chef, managing pizza service, helping with orders and stock control. You should be confident working alone and be passionate about making pizza. If you’re on the way to becoming a head chef but need some more experience under your belt this is the role for you. We only want applications from people who love dough and the whole pizza process. You must have professional kitchen experience and be comfortable with prep schedules. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough.
