Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a range of Indian curries, including Madras, Pathia, Khorai, and Masala. Follow our restaurant’s recipes and techniques to maintain consistency in taste and quality. Manage kitchen operations for the curry section, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels, and prepare for order supplies as needed. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with regulations. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service. Adapt recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.

Cook required for small but very busy cafe Monday to Friday 7:30am-2.30 pm no weekends and no late nights

Experience chef/cook to assist in a fast paced kitchen. Must have experience, food hygiene level 2 minimum. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, passion for food and presentation.

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, tailored to customer preferences. Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus to enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, tools, and glassware. Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented to a high standard, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure the bar is adequately stocked. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging with their needs. Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Train and mentor junior bar staff as required. Salary: Competitive Salary to be provided based on skills and experience
