We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables if required., • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages., • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system., • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally., • Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns., • Process payments accurately using cash, card, or other payment methods., • Prepare and reset tables before and after service., • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area., • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service., • Follow all food safety, health, and company policies., • Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Requirements • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not essential., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude., • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment., • Strong teamwork and organisational skills., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays., • Basic numeracy skills for handling payments., • Right to work in the UK (if applicable).
