Responsibilities: • assist in preparing ingredients under the supervision of senior chefs, • maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, • follow food safety and hygiene standards, • help with inventory management and stock rotation, • support the team in various kitchen tasks as required Qualifications: • strong willingness to learn and develop skills, • passion for cooking and the food industry, • ability to work well in a team, • basic known of kitchen equipment and food safety, • physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours

Family-run friendly Italian restaurant searching for a chef de partie for our Battersea Northcote road site. We are looking for someone with experience in the pasta section. We do not make fresh pasta ourselves, but have a wide range of sauces, using fresh ingredients. A good knowledge of Italian cuisine is a must. Rate of pay will be adjusted to experience levels.
