You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to uphold our high standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and consistent. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Korean and Chinese dishes according to company standards., • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials., • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen., • Manage stock levels and minimize food waste., • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required., • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Requirements: • Proven experience as a chef in Korean, Chinese, or Pan-Asian cuisine., • Strong knowledge of sauces, marinades, and traditional cooking methods., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Food Hygiene Level 2 (or higher) certification preferred., • Right to work in the UK.
