You will ideally have previous experience working within a busy kitchen environment, working both independently and within a team. You will need: Appropriate supervisory experience and relevant qualifications pertaining to the safe delivery of Food & Hygiene or Catering Services. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Energetic, passionate and proactive attitude Experience of working to deadlines and adhering to budgetary requirements. Our grill food is marinated in house and cooked over hot coals so we need someone who is great at food prep, and can work in front of the grill. We also plan to expand our menu to include Sunday Roasts. Ideally we are looking for someone fairly local, preferably with pub kitchen experience. We are looking for someone friendly and reliable. A good knowledge of how to cook meat is an added bonus.
