As Senior Sous Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen day to day — ensuring every service runs smoothly, every plate looks beautiful and every guest leaves feeling good. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Group Head Chef, supporting with daily operations, ordering and rota management. You'll play a key role in leading and inspiring the team, bringing energy and calm to even the busiest services. You'll also help drive our seasonal menu changes, leading training for both kitchen and front of house teams, and making sure that every new dish is cooked, plated and served with care and consistency. * ABOUT YOU You're passionate, approachable and organised, able to guide your team through a busy shift with confidence and positivity. This role is a core pillar of consistency and craft within the BAO kitchen.As Chef de Partie, you run your section with care and precision. You deliver consistent food, keep your station organised, and work as part of a close team, supporting Commis chefs and taking direction from your Senior CDP, Sous Chef and Head Chef. You bring calmness, discipline and kindness to the kitchen, especially when service is busy.You play a key role in protecting BAO's flavours, textures, recipes and high standards, and you are building the skills and habits to grow into a Senior Chef de Partie.🔹 Purpose of the Role To take responsibility for a section and run it with structure, care and consistency.
