AKI London is looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team in Marylebone. The Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet established quality standards. This role involves supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service.
