About the Role As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of our complex, providing exceptional service to residents and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet residents and guests, and expertly handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the desk. Screen all visitors and contractors, ensuring proper authorization. Report any suspicious behaviour, monitor CCTV, and conduct regular patrols of internal and external communal areas, including Health & Safety checks. Manage the release of packages, handle apartment keys, and verify parking permits. Accurately log all events and relevant information in the daily diary.
