Event Planning & Logistics • Lead end-to-end event production, from concept and pre-production to execution and post-event reporting., • Manage logistics including venue sourcing, travel coordination, accommodations, catering, permits, and transportation., • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and production schedules, ensuring all deadlines and financial targets are met., • Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations., • Implement detailed event itineraries and manage on-site teams during live events or tours.
