We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Dog Transport Driver to join our team. The Role As a Dog Transport Driver, you will play a key role in our daily operations by collecting dogs from clients’ homes and transporting them safely to designated walking locations. This is a Full-time position with consistent hours. The successful candidate will work from 7:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, and must be happy working mornings and some weekends when required. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys working with dogs, is confident handling them, and takes pride in providing a professional and friendly service to clients. Key Responsibilities • Collect dogs from clients’ homes in a timely and professional manner, • Safely transport dogs to designated locations, • Handle dogs calmly and confidently, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicle, • Follow scheduled routes and daily procedures efficiently, • Communicate professionally with clients and team members, • Support the team with day-to-day dog care responsibilities as needed Requirements • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record, • Experience driving in London, including navigating busy roads and tight areas, • Physically fit and confident handling dogs, including larger or stronger breeds, • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to consistent full-time hours, • Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills, • Comfortable working as part of a team and following established procedures, • Must live within 30 minutes of Hampstead, NW3 1TH, • Happy to work mornings and occasional weekends Vehicle Requirements • A company vehicle will be provided Desirable (but not essential) • Previous experience handling dogs, • Experience in dog care, pet transport, or a customer-facing driving role Pay and Benefits • £15 per hour, • Stable, Full-time hours (7:00am – 2:00pm), • Supportive and friendly working environment, • Training provided on routes, procedures and safe dog handling, • Opportunity to become a valued member of a growing local business, • Performance bonus opportunities Apply: If you have experience driving in London and love working with dogs, we’d love to hear from you.

We are Everypawdy, a small boutique dog walking and training company offering services in Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. We are looking for enthusiastic, active people for this beautiful but physically demanding job. We are looking for people who want to be part of our little family, hang out with many dogs, learn more about them, or improve their dog skills. (We offer support for those interested in pursuing a dog training career). This is an awesome job, but unfortunately, it is not a summer job. As you can imagine, building the trust of clients and dogs takes time. Hence, we require committed people who understand that the dogs need to go out regardless of the weather or the situation. Not taking the job seriously can affect the dogs' lives. • 20-day holidays and bank holidays paid REQUIREMENTS • Monday to Friday 9-2 pm, • Must be a dog lover, • Professionalism (the dogs need to go out)., • Punctuality, • Good Communication Skills for our Friendly Proactive Customer Service, • Good level of English, • 12 months commitment (minimum), • Work Permit Dog Walker Role Summary Thank you for your interest in joining the Everypawdy team! Below is a summary of what to expect from the role and how we operate. The Daily Routine & Hours We operate a structured schedule to ensure all our dogs get the exercise and socialization they need. • Shift Times: Your day is split into two main blocks:, • Group 1: 09:00 – 11:00, • Group 2: 11:30 – 14:00, • The Workflow: You will collect your group on foot, walk to the park, manage off-leash playtime, and drop them home., • Communication: After each walk, you’ll send a photo to the client's WhatsApp group and confirm the collection time for the next day., • We have two positions: Monday to Thursday (specify which one you are applying for please) Group Logistics • Group Size: A maximum of 4 dogs per group to ensure high safety standards., • Zones: All dogs live within a maximum 20-minute walk from the park. We rotate walking zones monthly to keep the routes fresh and ensure all dogs know all walkers. Physical Requirements & Gear • Activity Level: This is a highly active role. You should expect to walk between 15,000 and 25,000 steps daily in all weather conditions., • Uniform: We provide Everypawdy branded jackets, jumpers, t-shirts, and gear. You will need to provide your own comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots. Paid Training & Development We are committed to making you an expert in dog handling: • Onboarding: A 2–4 week paid training period involving shadowing and 1-on-1 dog handling lessons., • First Aid: Once you have completed your 3rd week of training, we pay for your 5-hour Pet First Aid certification., • Growth: We offer an optional yearly short course in dog training for those looking to further their career in animal behavior. Communication & Trust At Everypawdy, transparency is key. All communication with owners is conducted through dedicated WhatsApp groups. This ensures everyone is on the same page and helps us build long-term trust with our clients. We offer services in Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill.
