We are EatFan, an Asian takeaway kitchen that offers ‘Bento’ box delivery on UberEats. We offer a variety of slow-cooked, healthy and “home-packed” authentic Asian food by cooking in Western techniques to people who have a busy life. We currently have a commercial kitchen in Mile End and we are looking to hire full time kitchen staff that joins the day to day production kitchen operation and be able to hands-on from preparation, cooking, to pot wash. You are ambitious and can bring the production kitchen to a new level of standard and productivity You have already had working in a large, fast paced kitchen, and would like to have new opportunities and challenges You will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for the team You are an expert in food quality and hygiene standards, with extensive food knowledge and HACCP You ensure your kitchen is always clean, safe and welcoming for the benefit of your team and guests You understand the controllable costs that impact the business and know how to manage these effectively You had experience in stock control You may have never cooked Chinese or Asian food – not a problem!
