WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for nail techs at all levels, including newly qualified and experienced technicians, who: • Have knowledge of working within a nail salon environment, • Can produce clean, high-quality, long-lasting sets, • Can provide a portfolio or clear photos of their work, • Maintain excellent hygiene and understand the importance of cleanliness in a salon setting, • Are friendly, professional, reliable, and motivated, • Are confident in bringing their own clients and building their column PAY STRUCTURE: We offer a competitive commission-based structure with room to grow: • Newly Qualified Nail Techs: 30% – 35% (based on experience and performance), • Experienced Nail Techs: 45% – 50% (based on experience, skill level, and bookings) There is strong potential to increase your earnings as your skills develop and your client base grows.
