Who We're Looking For • Love for cafe culture and people, • Friendly, open and approachable person who is able to work well with others, • Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment is a must, • Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills, • Strong interpersonal communication skills, • Passionate about delivering excellent customer connections to create a regular customer base, • Able to work at a fast pace in high-volume environments, • Be an exemplary ambassador of our brand to new neighbourhoods What You'll Own • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy, • Support your GM and our Training Team to help train new employees to succeed at Blank Street, including ensuring that new team members are following all recipes and training for menu items and processes and that they are in the correct uniform, are upbeat and vibes are positive, • Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder) and ensure that cleaning duties for the store are followed at the beginning, during and end of the shift, • Positive and solution-focused handling of any minor customer issue, • At a store level, leads all initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability and develop a loyal neighbourhood customer base for your store Requirements • Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry, • Availability that meets the needs of our cafes, • Full Time: 35 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday), • Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm, • Weekend and holiday availability preferred, • You must be authorised to work in the UK

DOME creates exciting, high-energy places where people come together, spanning nationwide festivals, meanwhile spaces on the Southbank, pop-ups, catering, and events across London, alongside our two Truffle Burger restaurants in central London. We design, deliver, and operate vibrant, food-led destinations, working with our own in-house brands and a curated network of national and international partners. Our brands are quick-service and crowd-led, known for decadent, delicious and creative menus. By bringing together independent concepts under one roof, we create memorable, high-impact experiences that activate spaces and attract diverse audiences. Our teams span six street food brands within an immersive, traveling food hall across two floors. Each quick-service food brand operates from its own converted kitchen unit and is run by a close-knit team of around 10 people. You'll be part of a smaller team focused on one brand, while also working alongside a larger, collaborative food hall team. We're looking for • Team Member - Front of house and Back of House, • Supervisors -- able to run shifts, manage 6--11 staff, support managers with admin., • Ideally experienced festival + quick-service pros only, • Available full-time for the full season (May--September 2026)., • Full legal right to work in the UK for full-time work., • Big, fast, high adrenaline fuelled shifts - typically double shifts., • Camping, travelling, and working alongside your team all summer., • Major UK festivals from London to the South Coast and Manchester to Glasgow., • A summer of music, connections, great food and serious graft. Location: London / Birmingham, UK Company: Giraf Logistics (UK) Ltd About Us Giraf Logistics (UK) Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Longsail International Logistics Co., Ltd., a well-established international logistics group with extensive experience in global freight forwarding and supply chain solutions. With the strong support of our parent company and the continued expansion of our UK business, we are building a fast-growing local team to provide efficient, reliable, and customer-focused logistics services. We are now looking for a bilingual Chinese-English logistics professional with relevant international logistics experience to join us and support our rapid development. Key Responsibilities • Handle daily import and export shipments across multiple transport modes, including sea freight, air freight, and road freight, • Manage shipments from quotation stage through to final invoicing, • Coordinate closely with customers, overseas agents, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, • Prepare and follow up on bookings, shipping documents, customs-related information, and job files, • Support the sales team by assisting with quotations, service solutions, and customer communication, • Ensure a high standard of accuracy, customer service, and operational efficiency, • Take on additional operational or administrative tasks as required to support a fast-developing business environment Requirements • Previous experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain operations is strongly preferred, • Familiarity with import/export processes and container freight forwarding would be a strong advantage, • Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential, as this role requires communication with both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients, agents, and colleagues, • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing team, • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, • Detail-oriented, organised, and service-minded, • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team, • Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred; Cantonese is also a plus What We Offer • Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications, • Performance-related bonus opportunities, • Festival gifts and team-building activities, • Supportive and friendly working environment, • Excellent opportunity to grow with a rapidly developing international logistics team
