We are a busy Property Management Company looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Handyman/Builder to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time position with consistent work across our property portfolio. Essential Skills & Experience (must have ALL): • General household repairs and maintenance, • Basic plumbing (changing taps, fixing leaks, installing washing machines), • Carpentry (wardrobes, shelving, fitting laminate flooring, etc.), • Minor roof and gutter repairs, • Tiling and decorating, • Fitting kitchens and bathrooms, • Flat-pack furniture assembly, • Minor electrics (changing electric showers, fixing/replacing light fittings, etc.) ⚠️ Please read carefully before applying. Job Summary We are currently recruiting skilled and reliable Multi-Traders and Painters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to work on a range of properties, primarily focused on repairs and maintenance for council tenants. Working closely with our Maintenance Manager and the business owners, this hands-on role is key to supporting the smooth operation of our three dynamic sites: Fallow, our flagship restaurant; Fowl, our neighbouring concept; and our newest opening, Roe, in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to every task. Key responsibilities: • Support day-to-day maintenance needs across all three restaurant sites., • Carry out basic repairs including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and decoration., • Source and collect materials or parts needed for tasks., • Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance (PPMs)., • Liaise with contractors for quotes, scheduling, and supervision of works., • Maintain workshop tools and stock, ensuring efficient organisation., • Contribute to larger projects such as equipment installation or overnight refurbishments., • Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption.
