We are looking for a talented, passionate, and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful nails while providing an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures., • Apply BIAB, gel polish or hard gel extensions (if qualified)., • Create bespoke nail art and French manicures to a high standard., • Safely remove existing nail enhancements., • Carry out nail consultations and recommend suitable treatments., • Maintain excellent hygiene and sterilisation standards in accordance with salon policies., • Prepare and clean workstations before and after each client., • Manage appointment times efficiently while maintaining quality., • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business., • Recommend retail products and aftercare advice where appropriate., • Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment., • Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.
