As a bartender at N1 Bar London Bridge, your role is central to creating an unforgettable customer experience. Here's what the role entails: 1. Preparing and Serving Drinks : You'll be responsible for making a wide variety of drinks, including classic cocktails, craft beverages, and more. You'll also ensure that drinks are served quickly and with a high standard of presentation. 2. Customer Interaction : As a bartender, you’ll engage with customers, providing excellent service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring that everyone has a great experience. 3. Maintaining the Bar Area : Keeping the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked is key. You’ll manage inventory, clean glasses, and equipment, and ensure that everything is in order for smooth service. 4. Upselling and Promoting Specials : You'll be knowledgeable about the bar’s menu and any promotions or special events, helping to upsell drinks or recommend pairings that enhance the guest experience. 5. Handling Payments : You’ll process customer payments, including handling cash and using the POS system efficiently and accurately. 6. Compliance with Regulations : You’ll follow all health and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service, checking IDs, and ensuring the legal requirements around alcohol consumption are met. In this role, you'll be the face of the bar, combining your bartending skills with excellent customer service to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all our guests.

SUMMARY OF POSITION Our Bar Team is key to the experience and theatre of our business, you will be producing and serving drinks at high volume in a fast pace exciting environment. We are looking for highly skilled Bartenders who have extensive experience in the bar industry. You will be provided extensive training and be expected to achieve execution criteria and consistency.
