What you'll actually be doing We work a counter service (think subway style), we greet customers build their health box and move onto the next with a smile. We do a lot of delivery's on Deliveroo uber etc, we have a special section for that where you can demonstrate your skills from pure speed and energy to attention to detail checking bags, tickets etc. We aim to bring out the best of your skills. Your tasks are build up from Run the protein section — Presentation on every plate. Serve the salads - Portion the right weight of salad and present well Own the finish — dressings, garnishes, the final check before it goes out. Pack deliveries properly — Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders that actually look good when they arrive. Know the menu — recommend sides, explain what things are, handle the questions. Production - of grab and go items and salads Juice and smoothie station - Mix up some healthy drinks Help new starters — show people the ropes the way you were shown them.
