Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Weston-super-MareFull-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | £13 per hour Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming nursery in Weston-super-Mare for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated early years professional looking to secure a long-term role within a supportive setting. The Role • Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, • Location: Weston-super-Mare, • Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, full-time, • Pay: £13.00 per hour, • Contract: Temporary to Permanent, • Interview Dates: Week commencing 29th June 2026Responsibilities, • Supporting the learning, development, and care of children in the nursery setting, • Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, • Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers, • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progressRequirements, • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential), • A genuine passion for working with young children, • Strong understanding of EYFS (preferred), • Paediatric First Aid (desirable - training can be provided), • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply (support provided)What's on Offer, • Opportunity to secure a permanent role within a fantastic nursery, • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, • Access to training and development opportunities, • Competitive hourly rate Apply today!
