Maintain and update website About You: Prior professional experience using Adobe Premiere Pro. A strong portfolio of YouTube edits (showcasing storytelling, pacing, titles, and thumbnail strategy). Experience editing food, lifestyle, or hospitality content is a big plus. Strong understanding of what performs well on YouTube—from titles and thumbnails to retention strategies. Ability to work efficiently with both camera-shot and phone-shot footage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively.
