Duties • Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under supervision, • Support pharmacy staff with medication administration procedures, • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient prescriptions, • Maintain organised records of dispensed medications and patient information, • Provide courteous assistance to patients, answering basic queries and directing them as needed, • Support inventory management, including stock checks and storage organisation, • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of medicines and equipment, • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided, • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care principles is advantageous, • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients, • Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy environment
