Apprenticeship Pharmacy trainee dispenser
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Dispenser to join our pharmacy team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under supervision
- Support pharmacy staff with medication administration procedures

- Maintain organised records of dispensed medications and patient information
- Provide courteous assistance to patients, answering basic queries and directing them as needed
- Support inventory management, including stock checks and storage organisation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of medicines and equipment
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices and medication safety
Experience - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care principles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
