The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Architect (RIBA Stage 1 or 2) to join our team on a permanent or contract basis. Key Responsibilities Develop design concepts in line with client briefs and planning policy Prepare planning application drawings and documentation Prepare building regulation drawings and documentation Support with pre-applications and feasibility studies Liaise with planning officers, engineers, and other consultants Work alongside our in-house team to coordinate building regulations applications. Typical Duties: Installation: Installing new gas appliances like boilers, cookers, and fires. Maintenance: Servicing, repairing, and maintaining existing gas systems. Fault Finding: Diagnosing and repairing faults in gas appliances and heating systems. Safety Checks: Conducting safety inspections and issuing gas safety certificates. Customer Service: Providing advice to customers on gas safety and energy efficiency, and potentially offering additional cover options. Emergency Response: Responding to emergency calls related to gas leaks and breakdowns. Qualifications and Requirements: Gas Safe Registered Engineer: Holding a valid Gas Safe license is a mandatory requirement for all gas engineers in the UK, according to Gas Safe Registry. Accredited Training: Completion of accredited training courses and qualifications in gas engineering. Practical Experience: Demonstrated experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing gas appliances. Relevant Qualifications: Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Gas Engineering or equivalent may be required. Knowledge of Regulations: A thorough understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures. Customer Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining work procedures and providing advice. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to gas systems. Health and Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and risk assessments related to gas work.

The maintenance engineer is a hands on tole responsible for the efficent, safe and timely upkeep of building systems and infrastructure. This multi-skilled position involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance taks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry disciplines.

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in various locations. You will work directly with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure their systems are operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems. Perform regular maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used in a timely manner. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Clean and full driving licence. Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and air conditioning. (F-gas compulsory). CSCS Attributes: Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer. Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
